The Computer Competency Certificate Series is intended to provide faculty and staff a thorough overview of computers and basic desktop software applications.

It consists of 23 hours of instructor-led training in the following classes:

  2. Managing Your PC
  3. Understanding Your PC
  4. Searching the Web Effectively
  5. Excel 2007 Level 1: Introduction OR Excel 2003: QuickStart
  6. Outlook 2007 Level 1: Introduction OR Outlook 2003: QuickStart
  7. PowerPoint 2007 Level 1: Introduction OR PowerPoint 2003: QuickStart
  8. Word 2007 Level 1: Introduction OR Word 2003: QuickStart
